[BUG] Flowise Streaming - Chat UI

Describe the Bug

1. On certain devices (both mobile and desktop), when streaming is enabled, the display glitches and repeatedly scrolls back to the top until the message has fully streamed. (See Video)
2. It works when the streaming function is disabled, but the follow-up prompts are displayed as individual letters instead of full words, when streaming deactivated.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Enable streaming and observe the scrolling behavior.
2. Disable streaming and check the appearance of follow-up prompts.

Expected Behavior

1. When streaming is enabled, the display should remain stable without uncontrolled movement.
2. When streaming is disabled, follow-up prompts should be displayed correctly as full words instead of single letters.
