[Feature Request]: Highlight/mark current tab

Guidelines

Problem Description

Currently when picking any option from the menu on the left, such as trending, most popular , settings etc. it will highlight as you hover the option but then there is no indicator of which tab you're on afterwards on the menu itself.

Proposed Solution

have the the menu highlighted or at least marked with a red underline similar to how it's done otherplaces on the app

Alternatives Considered

any indicator of which tab you're on would help, whether its underlining or highlight or change in icon color etc
