The RFC (link to its PR) specifies the value and reference types for Sway which are important for Sway programmers to understand and it should be also adopted for the Sway book.

As @ironcev mentioned:

Also, adjusting those very few places in the Sway book (I encountered only two) where heap and stack are explicitly mentioned to the value and ref terminology.
