[FR] Allow a way to export and import the current active maker orders

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Using the app from a different machine is difficult when there are a lot of open unfilled maker orders. Only solution is to recreate all of them in the new machine manually.

A button in settings to export all the current active maker orders

keep in mind that there are the manual orders and there is also the trading bot
i assume that the config for the orders of the trading bot are different... so for those only the trading bot config is needed, not the actual orders, those will be recreated anyway based on the settings

yes this new feature request on dex function
request for IMPORT / EXPORT function of MAKER orders in desktop/web DEX when it reopens again in next version please
either in settings or dex tab

2.and also also import/export enabled coins in desktop version in wallet function since web dex coins get auto enabled.

yes the manual swap MAKER orders only import / export needed.
