Color of Memory Block Separator Comments in Listing

I would like to be able to change the color of the comments that are inserted in the Listing window between memory blocks.

Describe the solution you'd like
A new entry in Edit -> Tool Options -> Listing Display -> Screen Element to change the color of these comments, like I can change the color of any other element in the Listing window.

Describe alternatives you've considered
None.

See below for a screenshot of how the current color in the default dark look-and-feel does not fit in with my custom theme.
