The macOS version of RPCS3 only allows one audio device at a time when selecting a microphone under the Audio tab. Whichever device the user has set as the primary input in macOS system settings, is the device RPCS3 will choose. This means games such as Rock Band 3 can't fully take advantage of this feature.
As a side note: audio interfaces also only show up as one device (in the clipped example below, I'm using a two channel Universal Audio Arrow Interface)
