Fix: Does not update latest changes from Github Issue to TCR (Before Approval)

Issue Description

When A TCR is created it stores all the data requires to create the task, later updating Github issue does reflect the changes on TCR page but still creates the task with the initial data before TCR getting approved.

Expected Behavior

The updated Title should reflect in task as well
