(bug) : Profile Dropdown Improvements Arrow Icon & Click-Outside Close

Description

• in the RDS Dashboard site on the profile icon, there is a arrow missing.
• also when we open the modal there it should be closed when clicked out site of it but that is not working, we need that to be fixed

Current behaviour

• the profile icon doesn't have the arrow in the left side of it and the modal is not getting closed when clicking outside of it

Expected behaviour

• there should be a down arrow key in the left of the PR
• and after opening the modal, it should close the modal when clicked outside of it.

Reproducing steps

• visit to RDS Dashboard site there you can see the icon is missing and
• when you click the profile icon open but it does not get closes when we click outside of it
