Issue Description

Mobile verification page needs to be migrated from my site to the main site.
The mobile verification page will let users scan the QR code and log into the RDS app without entering the credentials making it easier to access on mobiles.

Expected Behaviour

We should have a mobile verification page at /mobile route in the main site similar to my-site

Current Behaviour

We don't have a mobile verification page on the main site.
