Stop formatting header and tab names with str_slug by default

Unsure why the library does this by default but it's made adopting it significantly more difficult as I had to find out the hard way that this is what it's doing.

Would strongly suggest you don't have the library convert my strings with str_slug() unless I ask it to!!!!

This package already does this for almost 7 years, it's following similar conventions to Laravel's Eloquent.

You can change the behavior in the config : https://github.com/Maatwebsite/Laravel-Excel/blob/3.1/config/excel.php#L112 to your liking.

Not sure what you mean with that. We don't save the Excel file while we import it.

Hmm, intermittently when I do an import, I get changes shown in my github desktop: a new file is added in the storage dir named with a random string, at the moment can't reproduce it though, this might actually be a bug in that case, when I can reproduce it I'll get back to you

You need to gitignore that folder, it's a temporary file that PhpSpreadsheet uses.

by the way I'm not sure if you made it, but other than the str_slug thing the library is awesome!
