Restore last playback position not working when closing the player from notifications (or after some inactivity)

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Open NewPipe
2. Play the video
3. Pause the video
4. Close NewPipe (I mean going to the home screen, not killing the app, of course)
5. Expand the notification center
6. Swipe to close the media player
7. Open NewPipe
8. Play this video again
9. It will start from the beginning - the last position was not remembered

Expected behavior

Restore last playback position should work everytime, everywhere

Actual behavior

Restore last playback position not working when closing the player via swipe from notifications

Unfortunately, forgetting the playback position also happens just after some time of inactivity (even if we do not cancel the media player)
