Install fails with Visual Studio 2012

Doing an 'npm install weak' doesn't appear to work on a system with Visual Studio 2012 (and not 2010) installed. NPM output:

Same problem on VS10 under 64x.

As far as I know, only MSVC 2010 is supported by gyp at this time. See nodejs/node-gyp#44.

For those who arrive here when searching for answers to this problem, try this:

npm install --msvs_version=2012
