Hover on the middle bar, no tooltip is shown.(NG)
But the axis.data with null can trigger axis tooltip as expected.

Current Behavior

Hover on the middle bar, no tooltip is shown.(NG)

Expected Behavior

Can trigger axis tooltip as expected.
