Dear Secunia,

The fact that you refuse to close a vulnerability on your website because you don't want to test it, why not. (Even if this is just plainly lying to your users).

The fact that you lie, once again, on the criticality level, against your OWN code of conduct, why not.

But the fact that you use that publicly, against us, is outrageous. Moreover, stating we are in the US country reports while we are not mentioned in this PDF.

If you do not correct yourself in the next 24hours, we will therefore take judicial action.
