strange reference to kernel.dll #199

In https://github.com/gabr42/OmniThreadLibrary/blob/master/src/DSiWin32.pas#L9639
it says:

procedure DynaLoadAPIs;
begin
  GInterlockedCompareExchange64 := DSiGetProcAddress('kernel.dll', 'InterlockedCompareExchange64');
end; { DynaLoadAPIs }

Shouldn't that be kernel32.dll?
