Node detail view does not preview the image from the corresponding language of the referenced node

When a node references another one (scheme field of type "node"), the detail view does not use the contents of the matching language of the referenced node for the "image". The "displayName" works fine: it shows the "displayName" of the corresponding language. The "image" shows the image of the defaultLanguage.
