Support for anchor 0.30.1

Could you please update Anchorpy to adapt the new Anchor version? Anchor 0.29.0's program IDL is quite different from Anchor 0.30.1's program IDL, such as naming conventions.

Nthing the "please upgrade this amazing project" desire

I think I'll pay you to do it later. I need it for a sophistiated Solana app, but I'm about to make a simpler app that doesn't have a scriptful backend so I can just make it with a browser. Money from that I'll use to pay you.

Using Javascript to do this feels like being in a meeting with 10 women. All struggle no progress.
