Ii receive this error when updating all apps
This redownload is not available for this Apple Account either because it was bought by a different user or the item was refunded or cancelled.

My apple id for icloud, etc.... is different than my app store login id? This is old apple legacy issue but why is "Latest" not using app store logged in session and id?
