Copyright needs to be updated to include 2021 for some files.

search for 2014-20(?!21)\d{2} to find all copyrights that don't go to 2021

@akhenry see #4532 does the copyright actually need to be updated?

Why does the year matter? I thought only the original year needs to be in place, and it holds true for any years after that?

This article says

The general rule is that the year to include in a copyright notice is the year of first publication of the work

This wiki says

Copyright protection generally lasts for 70 years after the death of the author. If the work was a "work for hire", then copyright persists for 120 years after creation or 95 years after publication, whichever is shorter.

I.e. (c) 2001 would mean that copyright started 2001, and that the copyright implicitly still holds.
