Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I need to have a form for student comments closed and reopened at certain times each week, but currently I can only do so manually.

Describe the solution you'd like
A scheduler for closing and/or opening a form, with the option of repetition.

Describe alternatives you've considered
The "Limit Google Form Responses" option in the "Email Notifications for Google Forms" add-on does exactly this.
