Overview

We use the monorepo's action tests to differentially test kona against op-program. There are now action tests for the interop proof as well: https://github.com/ethereum-optimism/optimism/blob/develop/op-e2e/actions/interop/interop_test.go#L223

As we're working on the interop proof, it's critical to ensure that both implementations line up. These tests should be ran within our CI, as the existing single-chain action tests are.

Adding M-blocked meta: blocked - Requires Isthmus to be completed and the op-program to be at parity with kona.
