Overview

Once things slow down with the interop proof, we need to run the new action tests in our CI. After #931, we should just need to update the monorepo revision in our .monorepo file in the workspace root.

Adding M-blocked meta: blocked - Requires Isthmus to be completed and the op-program to be at parity with kona.
