Cannot select proof type on education application

Hi everyone,

Bug

Cannot select the dropdown in order to select the type of proof I wish to use (aka, cannot upload a PDF of proof of study)

Only see the option to take a photo; of course, me taking a photo of my phone screen won't be approved.

It looks like the dropdown menu isn't working for you. Try these steps:

1. Clear your browser cache.
2. Try a different browser.
3. Disable browser extensions.
4. Switch to a desktop version if you're on mobile.

@imDarshanGK thanks for your reply, but i've tried all four of your suggestions and there is still no way for me to upload a PDF proving my student status.

@mislavrukonic, Since you’ve tried those steps, try using a different device or updating/reinstalling your browser. If it still doesn’t work, contact GitHub Education support for help.
