Hi there,

I'm wondering if there are "official" naming conventions for GitHub Actions and Workflows? I see mixed styles used even in the actions which are maintined by the GitHub team.

Specifically my_input vs. my-input.

Yes I'd like some opinion on this too. I'm a fan of snake case using underscores but I'd be willing to switch if using kebab case hyphens is best practices.

However, seems like many upstream actions use dashes instead of underscores.
