Thunder crashed while viewing a YouTube video on GrapheneOS, and I received a notification from GrapheneOS that a memory tagging error was caught. This was from within the Thunder app, not opening in an external browser.
Unfortunately, this will be difficult to reproduce as I don't have access to a physical Android device to install GrapheneOS on. I can take a look at the crash logs and see if there is anything in there that could possibly lead to a solution, but will likely be trial and error.
