  • Yes, I've searched similar issues on the Traefik community forum and didn't find any.

What did you expect to see?

The IngressRoute CRD should support the ingressClassName rather than the deprecated annotation kubernetes.io/ingress.class

Found an issue on Traefik Community relating to this, but seemingly no request was raised after.

Support already exists for native IngressClass, so this should be extended to IngressRoute CRD.

This is needed when running two instances of traefik (one for internal and external), so will need explicitly define the respective ingressClassNames
