Identifying "this segment only" actually assigns all segments from that speaker

Describe the bug
Trying to assign a speaker to only one segment assign that speaker to all segments

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Click on a memory from the Home Screen
2. Click on the transcript tab
3. Click on a speaker label to assign an to-identified speaker
4. Select a name to assign
5. Select "apply to current segment only"
6. Observe all segments with the previous speaker label are now assigned to the chosen speaker name

Current behavior
Redundant, I think?

Expected behavior
For the single segment to be assigned the chosen identity
