Adding instructions on how to (as simple as possible) deploy metaflow UI service on AWS.
References #12 so it should be merged before this one.

Possible additions:

  • setting up completely isolated UI deployment with RDS logical replica
  • separate VPC/security groups/Fargate cluster for UI service
  • setting up Application LoadBalancer for the fargate service
