This first minor update brings improvements to the overall UI of the plugin dialog. It can now be resized and by default more properly respects various screen resolutions and aspect ratios.

Additionally:

• Icons can now be saved to a file for editing. (Thanks, @winston-yallow!)
• Fonts and Styleboxes have a clear selection indication.
• Styleboxes now have a checkered background for previews to help working with styles matching the underlying panel.
• Copy buttons (as well as the new "Save Icon" button) now give an indication that they were successfully pressed. "Save Icon" can also show an error in rare cases.
