Fix typos in a "Developing Applications" doc

This patch fixes typos in the "Developing Applications >> Application design
elements >> Chaincode namespace" document.

The `redeem`, `buy`, and `sell` transactions in this example do not
create a commercial paper or a bond, but update the properties.
