This PR implements the following things:

  • Generates FSharpConfigDto from setting variables such as g:fsharp#automatic_workspace_init
  • Sends the configuration to FSAC via workspace/didChangeConfiguration

As a side effect:

  • Ionide-vim now supports linter & analyzers
  • Code actions are now more useful
