not letting me reverify github student pack

i have used the same document which verified me it has my name, school name and logo, and it is well dated,
then why??

The reason for your rejection is that you haven't completed your GitHub profile with your name exactly as it appears on your academic document, so you basically have to change your current profile name (not username) to your real full name.

Yes @DhyanCanPlay, that's because now it's required to complete your GitHub profile with your full name, which is your only reason for rejection so by fixing that you should be approved.

i have completed my profile it has my name and payment details also has my leagal name. done everything which is mandatory to do so .
