Description
This PR is used to test the workflow created to automatically unassign issues with
hacktoberfest
label. It runs every hour and check for changes in every hour. If there are not changes to a particular issue with an hour, the issue will be unassigned. For testing purposes, I have kept the time for check as 1 hour, post testing it will check once a day and inactivity time gap can be upto 7 days. For testing purpose it will only look for my issue (mentioned below).Part of #1526
