* Added logging for DNS resolution results and errors to improve observability. * Updated `resolve_dns` to handle cache set errors gracefully. * Replaced custom `schedule` function with `ngx.timer.every` for simplicity. * Adjusted `init_worker` to use the new timer mechanism directly.
